Have you ever eaten something so delicious that you can't get it out of your head?
I know, duh. Who hasn't?! Well, I ate the most delicious roasted cauliflower at the
Venice eatery Gjelina, and I decided to try and duplicate it after I found this amazing
purple cauliflower!
What you need
1 head of cauliflower cut into florets
red wine vinegar
olive oil
salt
red pepper chili flakes
handful of flat leaf parsley
2-3 garlic cloves sliced
Preheat oven to 400. Drizzle florets with olive oil, salt and garlic and mix
together. place on baking sheet. Cook for about 40 minutes or until cauliflower
is browned and tender. Remove from oven and drizzle a tad more olive oil, red
wine vinegar, chili flakes (add as much or as little as you like) and salt. Sprinkle
with parsley right before serving.
Enjoy!

That meal of roasted purple cauliflower sounds amazing! I'll think about attempting this recipe or obtaining aid from a nursing dissertation writing service if I ever need help balancing my studies with eating well.
